A little tid-bit about Daily Life and a Quote

Here's how a day goes in Argentina:
  1. Wake up and get ready
  2. Eat breakfast (fruit, yogurt, bread)
  3. Do what you need to do in the morning (meetings, class, whatever)
  4. But get it done before 1:30, everything closes until the evening (5:00)
  5. Eat lunch around 2:00
  6. Nap/relax. It's too friggin hot to do anything else
  7. Media tarde. In other words tea time. Around 4:00 or 5:00 we drink tea and eat bread. I used to think teacups were a pointless thing to own, despite my love of tea. Having my tea cup and saucer everyday has been quite lovely.
  8. Continue with your day.
  9. Dinner between 9:30 and 11:00
  10. Sleep
Number six is where the quote comes in. Lindsey has been using this time to make me watch Downton Abbey. It is a fantastic show and I have been thoroughly sucked in. We've finished season one, and season two is currently downloading on my computer. Anyway, in one of the episodes on of the characters says:

"What good is living, if we don't let life change us?"
