Buenos Aires: Getting There

Last weekend was wonderful. It felt like a lot longer than 3 days in a good way. Basically this means we did a ton of stuff. And that means multiple blog posts. So:

Friday morning we woke to find that a specific type of weather we had been warned about had arrived: el viento zonda. Basically it was rather warm out (strange for this time of year) and there was a wind that would grow stronger and stronger through out the day. Luckily it didn't interfere with our flight. In fact we got to the airport and were all put on an earlier flight without problems.

The flight was an hour and fifteen minutes. And we all got a snack box.

Ham is a hugely popular food here. It is put on everything.
These are ham flavored crackers.
Gross.
Not that I ate them.
